Spring in your plate
At the Eau d'Heure Lakes, spring has arrived and with it the longer days and milder temperatures. It's the perfect time to enjoy the outdoors and discover the new menu at our restaurant, La Brasserie des Lacs.
Spring means refreshing, so salads are in the spotlight with fresh and seasonal ingredients. The warm goat cheese salad with honey is a must for goat cheese lovers, while the Nordic salad is composed of salmon and scampi and will delight fish lovers. Several quiches are also available as snacks. Tapas and bites are also a staple of the new spring menu.
The brasserie offers a selection of light and refreshing dishes that are perfect for a sunny day, such as the crayfish croquettes, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, or the homemade beef tartar served with a portion of fries.
To accompany your meal, the restaurant has developed a varied and relatively well-stocked wine list. In addition, a selection of wines by the glass are also offered if you do not wish to consume a whole bottle. Adapted to the season, rosé, light and fruity wines have been added to the special spring menu.

NB: The restaurant welcomes you 7 days a week all year round. During school vacations, it is open for lunch and dinner.
