From 18 January to 1 February 2026, Brasserie des Lacs highlights an exceptional product: the truffle. For two weeks, our chef presents a limited-time truffle menu, designed to showcase its refined aromas and elegance.
Whether you are staying at the Golden Lakes Hotel, the Golden Lakes Village, or simply visiting the region, this menu is open to everyone, by reservation and subject to availability.
